Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or discounted items (if applicable).

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges due to size or personal preference, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged or wrong items, Outwear covers it.
